BACKGROUND The Company was incorporated in Bermuda on 23 June 2004 under the name of Asia Tiger Group Limited. It is principally engaged in the manufacturing of office equipment products, PC connectors and digital cameras. The office equipment products include paper shredders, laminators and electric staplers and are mainly exported to USA, Europe and Japan and its international clients include Fellowes Group, KompernaB Handels Gesell Schaft GmbH and Ohyama Co Ltd. Its PC connectors are sold to customers located in China. In end November 2004, to provide additional diversity to the Group’s business, the Group commenced production of digital cameras. The office equipment products are manufactured on an OEM or ODM basis or under the Group’s Vigorhood brand while the digital cameras are produced on an ODM basis or under the Group’s Atiger brand. The production facilities are located in Shenzhen, China.
