BACKGROUND
The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 17 November 2003 under the name of China Fashion Holdings Pte Ltd and adopted the current name on 28 October 2004.
The Group is principally engaged in brand management of its own brands, "Nengdali" and "Benifull", which are primarily applied to men's apparel such as shirts, trousers, suits, jackets and woollen garments; and manufacturing and sale of apparel primarily relating to its own "Nengdali" brand.
