BACKGROUND The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 17 May 2004 under the name China Precision Technology Pte Ltd. The Group adopted its present name on 28 July 2005. The Group is an integrated manufacturing services provider for the consumer electronics, office automation equipment, telecommunication and automotive industries. Its capabilities are in precision engineering processes such as metal stamping, plastic injection moulding, die-casting and mould design and fabrication, as well as other value-added operations such as assembly and surface treatment, namely electroplating for metal and plastic parts. Its customers include the ALPS Group, the LG Group, the Panasonic Group, the Philips Group, Sanyo (Japan), the Samsung Group, the Sharp Group, the Sony Group, the Toshiba Group and the Thomson Group. The Group operates four production facilities located in Cixi City (Zhejiang Province), Suzhou City and Wuxi City (in both Jiangsu Provinces) and Dongguan City (in Guangdong Province).
