BACKGROUND The Company was incorporated in the Cayman Islands on 29 March 2005. China Sky is a manufacturer and sale of chemical fibres, mainly high-end nylon fibres,with a wide and diverse range of commercial applications ranging from high-end sportswear and casual wear to other consumer products like curtains, tablecloth, upholstery and decorative materials, shoes, bags, luggages, umbrellas, tents, ribbons and nylon webbings. The Group's principal product lines is nylon Full Drawn Yarn (FDY), nylon (lustrous) FDY and nylon High Oriented Yarn (HOY). China Sky's products are currently sold under its trademark and brand name "Tianyu". Currently, the Group is developing suitable production processes and techniques for the manufacture of its new product lines, namely, nylon Air Texture Yarn (ATY), nylon Drawn Texture Yarn (DTY), nylon Super Resilient FDY (SR-FDY) and nylon Super Resilient HOY (SR-HOY), which are targeted for commercial production during 2006 and 2007. The Group's production facility is in Jiangnan Industrial Garden, Licheng District, Quanzhou City, Fujian in China. It has a production area of approximately 27,000 sq m with a total production capacity of approximately 33,000 metric tonnes of nylon yarns per annum.
