The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 9 January 2003 as a private
company limited by shares under the name of K Plas Holdings Pte Ltd. On 4
June 2003, the Company was converted into a public company and changed its
name to "K Plas Holdings Limited".
K Plas is principally engaged in the design and fabrication of plastic
injection moulds and the manufacturing and sale of precision engineering
plastic components. It manufactures plastic components of varying shapes and
sizes using plastic injection moulding process for the Consumer
Electronics, Automotive and Healthcare industries.
It has 2 production facilities in Singapore and the PRC.
